Thank you to all who joined us for IFTRA 2021. Our thanks go to all our presenters, workshop providers, and to all who participated in the valuable discussion and Q&A sessions.
During these discussion sessions, there were a number of useful suggestions about future activity for the IFTRA group. These included the organisation of more regular virtual events to share information and learning and a desire for further consideration of how to increase IFTRA member engagement with research and academia. Also, the increased use of the IFTRA website as a focal point for information sharing.
There is also the question of who will host the next conference. One suggestion put forward was the establishment of a yearly conference, with every second year being hosted online and the intervening years in person once it is safe to do so.
As this year’s hosts, GTC Scotland would like to set up a small group to talk through future plans for IFTRA. If you would be interested in joining this group, please complete this form.
